Lake Rotoiti, New Zealand

We had appalling weather when we visited New Zealand, with rain at some point every day for over three weeks. I was hoping for wonderful sunny views at this beauty spot on South Island, but in fact the swirling cloud definitely added to the atmosphere and made a more interesting picture. The gull very obligingly landed on the pier at just the right moment.
